Travel Lettering

From the beginning of March to mid-July of 2019, I was traveling abroad, living and immersing myself in the cities I was living in. I wanted a unique way to document my travels that wasn’t just a bunch of typical travel photos like overhead shots of delicious meals and selfies.

To continue to build on both my lettering and photography skills, I decided to do a combination of the two. The hand lettering pieces would be a personal memory souvenir of the places I’ve been. To share snippets of the locations, I photographed the lettering pieces against the scenery.
